Alexis “Lexi” Lagan is an American sport shooter specializing in women’s air pistol and 25m pistol events. She began shooting at age 15 and refined her competitive career while attending the University of Utah, where her talent quickly elevated her to the national stage.
Known for her calm focus and adaptability, Alexis balances elite competition with a love for music, dance, the outdoors, and planning life with intention. She is an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and plans to attend law school following her competitive career.

Olympic Journey of Alexis “Lexi” Lagan
Alexis earned her first Olympic berth as an alternate for Rio 2016 before officially making her Olympic debut at the Tokyo 2020 Games. There, she competed in three events despite facing major challenges—including recovering from COVID-19 twice during the Games.
She returned to the Olympic stage at Paris 2024, marking her second Olympic appearance and continuing her evolution as an elite competitor on the world stage.
